  Back in February of this year unfortunately my Mercedes was a total loss... I was hit on the 60 Freeway from someone else that got hit and none of this was my fault...I had to pay my 1000 deductable and lost my car ,which they didn't even pay my car off and I had to come up with the rest of the money to pay my car off to bank of America who financed my car.... even though it wasn't my fault and both insurances know this I still come up short I lost everything no gain on my end whatsoever...I am beyond hurt and upset that this has happened to me.and I still have NOT gotten a car ....its been 6 months!!! I should at least get my deductible back since it wasn't my fault I don't understand they took my car they're going to make money out of it and they took my deductible that I really didn't have... not to mention this is my third car that I've had insurance with them throughout this time i have never gone to another insurance company because my parents go here ...in fact my whole family has insurance with them ....I will say I didn't have the best customer service and for the fact that they can care less what happened to me....I'm young and I'm not rich....I'm just trying to make it in this world ...I've NEVER BEEN LATE FOR ALL MY BILLS...NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT , I've been a long time customer and for them to trash me is upsetting so I canceled my policy....my agent said Sam would be calling me regarding this matter when he came back last Tuesday.... No one ever called me.....yes I could of did a lawsuit like everyone was telling me too and get a lawyer and go sue...but my heart wasn't in it...I'm not greedy I just want my ddeductible back .....I lost everything....I work hard for everything I have ....as a young lady.. .and integrity is important.... I'm upset to say this company lost my respect.. .my parents are shocked that I didn't get any compensation back for my at least hardship....which is now making them question state farm to service their needs...and is now researching different insurance companies....I do not recommend this company to anyone ... They don't care!
